Natalia is the culinary mastermind behind our event planning. With a lifelong passion for cooking, she brings her expertise and creativity to everything she creates. She is a perfectionist whose attention to detail is unmatched. Her experience working at top hotels like Hilton, the Five Stars & Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and JW Marriott speaks for itself. She takes care of birthdays, social events and the design and preparation of menus for all kinds of events.

With a passion for event coordination that began when she planned her wedding, she clearly understood how much help brides and couples need during the planning process. Lorely is committed to every client. As a certified event planner, she has the skills and experience to bring your vision to life, while her calm and steady attitude ensures that everything runs smoothly. As event planners, we pride ourselves in offering various options to make your special day come true. We only work with high-quality vendors and venues. However, we understand the effort it takes to save up for your big day. We also have financial experience and are committed to adapting to your needs. Let’s chat!
Most of our clients have an estimated budget of $30,000 for an event of approximately 60-70 guests. Check out our event planning packages here.
Since 2006, we have planned over 100 events, from destination weddings to hotel conferences and everything in between.
Yes, we have a preferred vendor list but are open to working with your vendors as long as they are registered and insured.
We offer a “Discovery call.” This is our first “meet & greet” where we will uncover if we will be a good fit for each other.
If you have a special event coming up soon and need professional help to make it a success, you can count on us. Leloo Events strives to help busy professionals, couples, and moms who want to delegate event planning to trustworthy professionals.
We are professionals (and sisters) who manage all the logistics. We’re here to help you with each detail every step of the way. We do Full Planning, Partial Planning, and Month-of Coordination. We also offer an a la Carte Menu. Discover more here
Both company owners manage all the planning and will be your direct contacts during the planning process. Depending on the event logistics, more assistants may be requested.
If a major situation arises, we can look at rescheduling the date. Specific details will be outlined in the contract. Some restrictions apply.
A weather call is made 6 hours before the event. We always discuss a backup plan during the planning phase. Leloo Events counts on a basic emergency kit to assist with minor situations.
We have a COVID-19 prevention plan. Medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and specific details will be outlined in the contract.

Yes, we can assist and work with graphic artists & vendors for the preparation and printing process. During the process, you can add our template to the invitation, and guests can confirm their attendance directly with us. We do the tracking of confirmed and non-confirmed guests.
We require at least one meeting to understand your vision. We later work on the logistics and planning of what has been completed thus far and finally execute. This process can take from 2-6 weeks, depending on the specific event details.
It depends on how much support you need. That is why we’ve created event plans with specific requirements and time recommendations. To put it short and sweet: The sooner, the better.
Yes! You can contact us directly so we can guide you based on your needs, or you can take a look at our Planning Packs.
We track the guest list from the beginning and continue checking it each month until at least two weeks before the event. This helps you stay on top of your guest list.
Each payment is applied to the Planning Service after the initial payment is made to secure the event date. During the discovery call, we can schedule a payment plan that is best suited for you. Final payment must be paid in full a week before the event.
